How are minerals used ? What is an ore ?

Minerals are used in many different ways such as to make electricity. Copper is used in wires for transmitting electricity, motors, television, telephones, etc. An ore is a type of rock that contains minerals with important elements including metals. The ores are extracted through mining; these are then refined to extract the valuable element(s).

How are minerals different from each other ?

minerals differ from one another because each has a specific chemical composition and a unique three-dimensional arrangement of atoms within its structure. These differences result in a variety of physical properties, including the minerals' appearance, how they break, how well they resist being scratched, even how they smell, taste, and feel.

How are cyristal's made

a crystal usually is a solid substance which is made up of constituent atoms, molecules and ions that are stuck together in a recurring pattern expanding in all three spatial dimensions. The term crystal is derived from the ancient Greek term "Krystallos" which meant clear ice. The method of structuring a crystalline substance is known as crystallization. Crystalline structures take place in types of materials and also with all kinds of chemical bonds.

The difference between a mineral and a rock ?

A mineral is a naturally occurring solid with a definite chemical composition and a specific crystalline structure. A rock is an aggregate of one or more minerals. (A rock may also include organic remains and mineraloids.) Some rocks are predominantly composed of just one mineral.

What is a mineral ?

Minerals are non living solid, and, like all matter are made up of atoms and elements. There are many different types of minerals and each type is made of particular types of atoms. The atoms are bonded together and arranged in a special way called a cyristal lattice.

Structure of the earth

Understanding the structure of the earth is important because it helps us to know about the things around us such as sand, rocks, mud, water, grass, etc. When we know about these things we understand what these things are they shouldn't be completely out of our lives. Studying about the earth can also be helpful to you because it can tell you about dangerous things like when a volcano is going to explode or when a sunamie is about to come.

Boogers

Boogers are good for your body you see them as green because too much mucus is on them. They help your body to take out the germs that enter into your body through the air. Without them you could be really badly infected. You shouldn't use your finger to pick them because if you put your finger in your nose it can bleed and you don't want mucus on your hand.

Immune System

Your immune system keeps viruses and bacteria away from your body it recognizes the germ and kills it before it can affect your body. It also keeps out viruses that antibiotics can't kill. Antibiotics help the immune system and they take out the bacteria.
